When a subscription provider issues a refund to this card, Grow Credit applies it to your account as a credit. Refunds are posted as soon as Grow Credit receives them, and they’re applied to your outstanding balance first. If you would like any remaining credit refunded to your bank account, please contact customer support. If Grow Credit does not receive a request to refund the credit to your bank account, the refund will apply to future charges, which may affect how your payments to Grow Credit are reported.

Grow Credit doesn't have knowledge about the subscription provider’s refund policy and we can only see a refund after we have received it. For questions regarding the status of a refund from a subscription provider, you will need to contact them directly.
