You can update your information securely through either your web browser or the Grow Credit mobile app.

If you are accessing your Grow Credit account from your mobile device:

Go to the Account Settings menu by tapping on the icon on the bottom right side of your screen.

Tap on “Edit Profile.” You can change your email address, phone number, password, or banking information there.

If you are accessing your Grow Credit account from your web browser:

Go to your Account Settings by tapping the icon on the top right side of your screen. (The icon looks like a person.)

Under “My Account,” click “change” next to your email address, phone number, password, or banking information.
