I’m not receiving the SMS verification code. What should I do?

To better protect your Grow card and your personal information, we launched a Two-Factor Authentication service that requires you to enter a verification code that is sent to the phone number or email address on file.

If you're not able to receive the code via email, please reach out to customer support by clicking on the icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the page or by emailing behappy@growcredit.com.
