As a financial technology company with a commitment to privacy, security, and consumer protection, we are required to comply with various Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. To open a Grow Credit account in your name, someone would need your identifying information and access to a bank account or debit card in your name.

If you don’t remember which email you used to create your account, or if you believe a Grow Credit account was opened fraudulently in your name, please contact customer support by clicking on the icon, located on the bottom right-hand corner of this page to chat with a customer service representative or by emailing us at behappy@growcredit.com.

Grow Credit takes fraud seriously and we will make every effort to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

For more information about account security and preventing identity theft, please visit the Grow Credit blog: How to Keep Your Grow Credit Account Secure.
