Grow Credit’s Late Payment Forgiveness program is a courtesy we extend to assist our eligible customers during times of financial hardship.
Here are the general guidelines for Late Payment Forgiveness:
Your account must be active and in good standing. We consider an account in ‘good standing’ when there is no past due balance and there is a valid payment method on file. Enrollment in automatic payments is not required.
You are eligible for late payment forgiveness once every 12 months.
You can request late payment forgiveness 3 times over the life of your account.
If you were granted late payment forgiveness less than 12 months ago, or three times already, you may no longer be eligible, sorry.
We can forgive late or missed payments up to 6 months. If you have missed payments older than that, we may not be able to forgive them.
