Please keep in mind, when you file a dispute with the credit bureaus, you should only do so for incorrect information on your credit report. You can review your payment history in your Grow Credit account.

To review your payment history in the app:

  1. From the home page, tap View Statements

  2. On time payments appear as Processed

  3. Missed or late payments appear as Failed

To review your payment history in a web browser:

  1. Click on Payments

  2. On time payments appear as Processed

  3. Missed or late payments appear as Failed

If you believe there is an error in the payment reporting, please reach out to customer support by clicking on the icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the page or by emailing behappy@growcredit.com.
