I can’t make my payment this month. What should I do?

If you are having trouble paying your Grow Credit account balance or have questions regarding our billing policies, please email customer support at behappy@growcredit.com. We will work with you to try to keep your Grow Credit account in good standing so you can continue building a strong credit history. At this time, we are not able to change the payment date in our system, take partial payments, or take installments.

If we detect that a payment is past due, we will automatically suspend the account until the balance is paid. We do not charge any penalty fees for late payments. However, if your payment is more than 30 days past due, it will be reported to the credit reporting agencies as late and may result in a negative impact to your credit score.
