If you are having trouble paying your Grow Credit account balance, please email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options. We will work with you to try to keep your Grow Credit account in good standing so you can continue building a strong credit history.
If we detect that a payment is past due, we will automatically suspend the account until the balance is paid. We do not charge any penalties or fees for late payments. However, if your payment is more than 30 days past due, it will be reported as late on your credit report.
