At Grow, our goal is to help you build your credit. With consistent, on time payments, your score may increase over time. However, if you miss a payment, or can’t make your payment, we may report your account to the credit bureaus, which may have a negative effect on your credit score.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the payment due date or take partial payments or installments. We will work with you to help keep your Grow Credit account in good standing so you can continue building a strong credit history.

If we detect that a payment is past due, we will automatically suspend the account until the balance is paid. We do not charge any penalty fees for late payments. However, under the terms of your loan agreement and disclosure statement, we reserve the right to report payment delinquencies at or in excess of 30 days to one or more consumer reporting agencies in accordance with applicable law.
